CB Richard Ellis- North Main
On February 25 PCC completed a 1,700 square foot interior renovation. The project took 9 days to complete and included: new paint, breakroom, electrical, flooring and deep cleaning.
Farm House Renovation
PCC was contracted to complete an 1,100 square foot area remodel. From demo to completion the project took 7 weeks.
Suggs and Kelly Law Center
PCC completed a 30,000 square foot upfit for new tenant, AFLAC. Project was completed on a 10 week schedule.
Montessori School of Columbia
PCC was contracted to renovate an 80 year old home for the school's new location on Howard St. The exterior and interior were completely upfitted in a 4 month time frame.
Trinity Development/Rhema Church Project
PCC was contracted to construct the shell of the new Rhema Ministries Building off of North Brickyard Road. Project consisted of Site and Slab preparation, Concrete, and installation of Steel Building.
20/21 Business Park
PCC completed for CB Richard Elllis an upfit project for a new tennant. Project was completed in 7 days and consisted of new walls, sheetrock, paint, HVAC, Lighting and Sprinkler Updates.
IRC at Technology Drive
PCC added a 780 square foot office addition and was complete in 30 days. Project consisted of wall construction, lighting, HVAC and flooring.
Miller Home Renovation
PCC completed the Miller renovation in 5 weeks. This project included scrapping the popcorn ceilings and finishing smooth, painting all stained trim, renovating the stair case, remodeling 2 bathrooms to include tile, showers, tubs, vanities and floors, improvements to the kitchen, new carpet throughout, new hardwood floors, staining and refinishing the existing hardwood, new lighting and plumbing fixtures, new roof for the screened porch and a new fence.
Southlake Family Dentistry
This New Schweiger Family Practice was completed by PCC on January 6, 2012. With a total upfit of 3,300 square feet there are 6 chairs, sterilization and laboratory facilities.
Fairfield Family Dentistry
Dr Neil Wrenn's dental Upfit was completed by PCC on October 3, 2011. With a total of 2,400 square feet, this Dental Upfit project was completed in 8 weeks.
Spice Junction-Indian Cuisine
PCC upfitted this Restaurant for Mr. Hakimji and finished on July 1, 2011. With approximately 2,600 square feet, this restaurant upfit was finished on a 10 week deadline.
Suggs and Kelly Law Center-CSC Upfit
The CSC project was approximately 15,000 square feet and was completed on 12 week deadline on March 15, 2011. This upfit was a complete overhaul of the 1st floor which included: Demolition, Mechanical Improvements, Lighting, Walls and Flooring.
Rice Creek Family Dentistry
PCC added 2 Dental Chairs and an updated Laboratory which was completed on January 31, 2011. The original Construction was completed 3 years ago by PCC.
